‘Tis the season to sparkle!
From reindeers to snowflakes to eggnog and hot cocoa, it’s all about the holidays over here at Robinland! What can I say? It’s my favorite time of year!
Speaking of the holidays, in my previous article I talked about all the metal napkin rings I’ve bought/am lusting over for my end of the year tablescapes. While looking over my wishlist, I realized that I had so many holiday-themed ones that they deserved their own list! So consider this article as a continuation, and read on to find out my top picks for the napkin rings that will be adorning my table (and my dreams) for the holidays!
Top pick: Greyleigh stag napkin rings (set of 6)
My pick of the year belongs to this gorgeously detailed stag napkin ring made out of brass. They’re $24.96 for a set of 6, but I think they’re well worth it considering the craftmanship and the attention to detail these possess. Disregard whatever I’ve said previously, I will probably use these for my napkin rings on Christmas day. Think of how festive they’ll look on my Christmas table instead of a plain old silver napkin ring!
Runner up: Crate and Barrel reindeer napkin ring
My second pick for the season are these beautiful silver reindeer napkin rings I bought on sale from Crate and Barrel. I mentioned them in my previous article, and I managed to snag a few for cheap[er] at C&B’s Black Friday event. Right now they’re going for $3.95 apiece, which isn’t exactly a budget buy but won’t break the bank either—and I think these bad boys are worth it.
I know that Thanksgiving is done and dusted, but what kind of tablescaping monster would I be if I didn’t include at least one Thanksgiving-themed napkin ring? Besides, you can always buy these early and thank me next year!
Okay, so I’d better put my money where my mouth is and buy these too, as they’re currently sitting in my cart. Judging by the amount of rave reviews though (specifically about their heavy weight, durability, and expensive finish), I’ll definitely be stocking these for next year’s Thanksgiving extravaganza!
If I’m really planning to go all out this Christmas, you’d best believe that I’ll be bringing out these gold Christmas tree napkin rings with rhinestone details. The quality of these is pretty great considering a set of 12 costs $26.99, and I love how smooth the rings are (which is something I was worried about due to the design). As I say, ’tis the season to sparkle, and what better way to do that than with these super gold napkin rings?
These are cute, cheap ($12.99), and add a ton of sparkle to your holiday tablescape… seriously, what more can you ask for? Think of these gorgeous silver napkin rings as the bargain beauty cousin of my first two picks above, so you can still celebrate the holidays in style without the additional cost!
Even with the lower price tag, these napkin rings don’t scrimp on sturdiness. They’re made out of metal, so you know they’ll last you longer than this season. My only gripe would be that they run a tad bit small—1.37″ to be exact—making my thicker napkins a bit of a tight fit.
Okay, so these aren’t exactly cheap at $35.99 on sale from $57.99, but if the holidays aren’t the time to treat yo’self, then I really don’t know anymore. Alright, I keep telling myself that but I have yet to bite (I keep asking myself if I need $40 napkin rings), but can you imagine how cute these would look on a holiday tablescape? Look at the beading! Plus that little gold star at the top… swoon.
If you’re looking for a cheaper, yet just as golden, beaded option for Christmas, then look no further than this handmade gold napkin ring set straight from Amazon! You may not get the cute little tree design, but at $7.49 for a set of 6 you really can’t go wrong. Just a note, some of the beads can come undone during shipping, but it’s nothing a hot glue gun can’t fix.
Yet another one from The Holiday Aisle (honestly, I’m not surprised with a name like that). I love these red berry napkin rings that provide just the right amount of pop for a holiday tablescape! Honestly, the pictures don’t do them justice… they’re just so much better in person. They’re also really sturdy, which makes me think their $25.08 price tag is well deserved.
Seriously, how cute are these antler napkin rings that ring up at $31.99 for a set of 4? So they’re not exactly cheap, but they’re very well made and I promise you that they’ll be such a hit at your holiday parties! They come in the standard diameter of 1.5″ as well, which means you can use them with most of your napkin collection!
And another one from my favorite company of all time (hahaha), here are some super cute bell napkin rings that you can buy from Target! At $14.79 for a set of 4, they’re well priced and perfect for your Christmas table. True to form, these are well made and add just the right amount of sparkle to your place settings!
If you’re down to spend a little more than usual (specifically $5.95 a pop), you can’t go wrong with these Crate and Barrel napkin rings that come in a paunchy red and green color. The best part of these is how they look especially realistic, making you look like a super cool hostess who just happened to pick up a few twigs from her backyard before dinner.
Another C&B option I’m eyeing, and this time in a wintry white color, is this evergreen napkin ring that would look fabulous on a stark white table. These are slightly cheaper than the ones above, ringing in at $4.95 per piece, and I think they’re different enough that they deserve a spot in my tablescaping collection. Seriously, I’m debating on bringing a set home just so that I can have a little bit of a white winter on my dining table.
Unleash your inner ice queen with these super cute silver napkin rings in a snowflake design. I love how they come studded with little rhinestones, which would bring a little sparkle to an otherwise all white tablescape. They’re also surprisingly well made for a set that costs $22.99, something that I was originally worried about due to some of the reviews online. I honestly don’t know if they’ll last me past this season, but for something this cheap (and this pretty), I’m willing to take the risk.
Another thing I managed to pick up on one of my Amazon buying sprees was this set of Christmas wreath napkin rings (that I haven’t been able to use yet, oops). These are cute, and look exactly as shown, which I was pretty pleased about. For $18.99 a set, the quality is fantastic, and they will add such an amazing accent to my holiday tablescape!
I haven’t bought these napkin rings yet, but I’m so tempted to pull the trigger because they’re so gorgeous and can be used beyond the holidays for any other tablescape I want to add a subtle touch of elegance to. They’re made out of faux pearls, rose gold alloy, and rhinestones, and they just look so dainty and pretty that I swear I’ll end up buying them before the week is over! They also come in the standard 1.5″ size, so I know they’ll be a perfect fit for my collection of napkins.
